Wednesday Evening Yin
7pm – 8:15pm
Yin Yoga focuses on stretching and strengthening the joints and connective tissues within the body, through holding seated and reclined postures for 3-5 minutes. Yin Yoga complements the dynamic, muscular (yang) styles of yoga and other forms of exercise that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin is suitable for all levels of physical fitness and those recovering from injuries.
Please bring a pillow and a blanket.
